Travelodge by Wyndham Cleveland Airport

In a rush to get to a meeting I had left my $100 cash deposit at the front desk. 4 hours later I simply walked in and the service desk had put it in the lockbox for safe keeping and gave me NO hassle about retrieving it.

Great location !!! Not far from the airport. They also have a bar called Sammy's which has been here for 25 plus years. The wifi internet is also good too but it'd be better if they upgraded to fast speed internet.

Looks can be deceiving. Nice rooms for a night stay

Dark in my room light on the table did not work they could be more competitive on the price Ramada is in a nicer area newly remodeled big refrigerator. We get rooms often but mix it up wish it was cheaper

Booked a room for a night plus parking for a trip I had through ParkSleepFly. For the price I paid I was fine with the hotel. Parking area well lit, staff was guarded but friendly enough. Room was mostly clean except there was a used towel from the previous guest left hanging on the bathroom door. AC worked well in the summer so had a comfortable nights sleep. Shuttle in the morning took me right when I wanted so all good there, and manager who was also driving the shuttle took my feedback well about the used towel. When I arrived back from my trip 2 weeks later, the shuttle was quite a bit after I called to pick me up, like 35 minutes. I can somewhat understand due to staffing but it was annoying. I also see some comments about a deposit which I was nervous about as I read them but didn’t have cash with me. In my case they never asked for cash, they said they would use the credit card I had on file for potential damages.

I booked a room labeled handicapped. Im in a wheelchair. When i got there the room was not handicapped. I could not fit through the bathroom door. I informed frnt desk. They told me they would refund my money. It was running and could not switch hotels. My night was horrible could not shower in morning. Will not use ever again

Yes, this hotel has probably been there quite a few years and is not fancy, however we were not looking for fancy. We needed to stay near Hopkins Airport because of a very early flight the next morning and because they have a shuttle to AND from the airport. The price we paid included being able to leave our vehicle there for 8 days while we went out of state. The lobby was clean & a little " guarded" to quote what someone else posted, i.e., I suppose that person was referring to long tables in front of the check-in desk. That did not bother us...it gave us a place to lay down a couple personal items while talking to the check-in clerk. He was very helpful, knowledgeable & kind. The elevator to our floor WAS operational. Our room was probably one of the CLEANEST rooms I've EVER been in, in a hotel or motel! Unexpectedly, there was a small refrigerator & a coffee-maker in our room also. Our king size bed was very clean & comfy. Our TV worked well. After a few minutes in our room, the smoke detector started "chirping", so we called the front desk. He came up immediately to remedy that. We got our wake-up call right on time and were taken to Hopkins early in the morning and exactly when we had asked to be transported there. They say they do that every hour, on the hour. I'm guessing that that service may be for those paying for a one night stay & being able to leave your vehicle there for a specific number of days. Anyway, the desk clerk "Sam", who checked us in was very helpful, respectful, knowledgeable & kind. Our driver " Mike" to Hopkins was also very kind, helpful, respectful and right on time! We have nothing negative to say & would definitely stay there again on our way out of state on an early flight! We don't need "fancy", just clean, comfy & dependable! We had all of that! Thank you all who work there! We would definitely come back to your place if we need your help!!
